Onboard call to verify quality using AI to parse 7 years of medical records on the initial call. For single event Personal Injury we offer background, crash reports and insurance verification services. During the 48 hours to 7 day window of lead rejection for most lead services we either qualify the lead or reject it for credit/refund. If approved and funded, we provide 3rd party insurance policy to the lender.

Step 2
We order medical records, analyze and prepare document like plaintiff fact sheets. For Single event we would order things like police reports.

Case Managers take the calls from the clients and use the previous documents to create a demand letter. Upon attorney approval, they will prepare disbursement breakdowns for accounting.

Before final disbursement, Lien Resolution/reductions Department will work with all parties to ensure resolution.
